What a busy summer it’s been! This year has been interesting because I’ve finally gotten the chance to attend weddings as a guest rather than a photographer, which definitely took some getting used to. I wanted to make sure somebody was keeping an eye on the time, scouting good first look locations, and, most importantly, creating gorgeous images! But I also enjoyed being a guest who can leisurely sip on a cocktail or two, and have some time to chat and catch up with friends : ) One of the weddings I attended this year was Chris and Michelle’s wedding that recently took place at The Vintage Rose in Fullerton. Their story started way back in 1999, when they were fourth graders who had a crush on one another. Though they parted ways during middle school due to relocation, little did they know that they’d cross paths again almost ten years later in California. And of course, this time they kept in touch and the rest was history! I had the honor to capture their engagement photos and, casually, some moments on the wedding day with my little Canon M3. Without further ado, I’d love to introduce you all to my dear friends, the lovely Mr. and Mrs. Paek.
